What is Energy?
Energy goes by several names: Chi or Ki in East Asia, Prana in India, the Force on Tattooine... it is the Universal Life Force that suffuses all living beings. Animists believe that there is a life force in everything in the Universe, including non-living things. And, if you consider that light and matter are equivalent (Einstein's theory, E=mc2), they may be on to something. In any event, the Energy I'm talking about here is a subtle energy - it's not what heats your home or runs your computer. It's what flows through and around your body and out into the Universe.
